- Construct scenario-planning models to quantify risks/opportunities in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Identify and nurture partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions and startups
- Design innovation frameworks to embed future-readiness into all business units
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-forward strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Gartner)
