- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Publish thought leadership on future scenarios
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or futurist research
- Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Experience with AI/quantum computing impact assessment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published work on climate-tech or neurotech disruption
