Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2025-2030) in technology, geopolitics, and consumer behavior to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and present 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business recommendations
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports for the board of directors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
