Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate foresight methodologies into product development cycles
- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical and sustainable future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global disruptors and competitive threats through continuous horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
