Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate adaptation systems
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Design innovation frameworks for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and metaverse governance
- Produce annual State of 2026 trend reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
- Mentor a team of futurists using our proprietary Temporal Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent technical discipline (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in forecasting exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology impact (White papers, TED talks, etc.)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
