Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for implementing futuristic solutions across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate 2026-vision technologies
- Represent InnovateX at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing trend analysis and innovation strategy projects
- Fluency in English with international business acumen
