- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Global perspective with cross-cultural analytical capabilities
