Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption vectors
- Design scalable innovation ecosystems and R&D pipeline optimization strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-readiness into product development
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members with compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation methodologies
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
