Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and global tech leaders
- Drive R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members, securing $10M+ annual budgets
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across engineering, design, and product strategy domains
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts to preemptively adapt innovation strategies
- Launch minimum 3 breakthrough products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing P&L for R&D divisions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and cross-cultural team leadership
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's venture capital and innovation ecosystems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business strategy
