- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio budget allocation and ROI tracking
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, sustainable tech, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Certifications in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
