Responsibilities

- Design and implement 'Future Labs' – immersive R&D environments for prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate next-generation startups into our ecosystem

- Present innovation blueprints to board members and external stakeholders with data-backed scenarios

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
