Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and implement pilot programs for next-gen solutions with $1M+ R&D budgets
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Incubator program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s-era breakthroughs
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published thought leadership on future technology landscapes
- Experience securing $500K+ innovation grants or venture funding
