Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligning with post-2025 technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D to validate feasibility of future-facing concepts
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technologies
