- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Curate annual Future Forward Summit with industry disruptors
- Build organizational culture of anticipatory innovation through workshops and training
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis with published industry foresight work
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (Web4, bio-integration, space economy)
- Certification in Futures Studies or related field preferred
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
