Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Analyze global megatrends (climate resilience, quantum computing, neurotech) for strategic implications
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite clients
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using NLP and predictive analytics
- Represent FutureHorizon at industry forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, biotech, Web3) and societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps for 2025-2030
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, WFS) preferred
