Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future-proofing business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on emerging paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions based on future trend analysis
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026+ technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and weak signal detection methodologies
