Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, quantum computing) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops using speculative design and horizon scanning methodologies
- Author influential trend reports and thought leadership content published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as professional futurist, strategic planner, or innovation consultant
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work for Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
