- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and pattern recognition
- Collaborate with venture capital partners on emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on 2025-2030 technology trajectories
- Expertise in scenario planning and weak signal detection
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner Peak Cycle)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
