Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-cultural shifts to map opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate foresight into product development pipelines
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Build and lead a network of futurist researchers across 5 global innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of work, consciousness, and sustainable capitalism
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published futurist thought leader with 10+ industry talks/whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
