- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into innovative product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on future implications and recommend strategic pivots
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and white papers
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026+ market opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex future scenarios
