Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise-level decision-making
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on future-proofing business models
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-based strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-facing technologies into product roadmaps

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong track record of translating future insights into measurable business outcomes
- Advanced degree in strategic management, economics, or related field required
