Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 digital transformation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and strategists to develop 5-year innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to executive board and investors, securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies to predict and prepare for emerging market disruptions
- Oversee the launch of at least three industry-defining products/services by 2026
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and lead the annual 'FutureVision Summit'
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or C-suite leadership with proven 5-year vision implementation
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neural networks, and sustainable AI systems
- Published thought leadership on future trends (e.g., whitepapers, patents, or industry keynotes)
- Track record of securing $50M+ budgets and launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or Business Strategy with focus on long-term planning
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, or Technology Roadmapping)
