Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or CTO-level experience
- Proven track record in scaling future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech investments
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
