Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration models
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen interfaces (AR/VR/metaverse integration)
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, neuromorphic engineering, or sustainable tech
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
