Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Present compelling future-state scenarios to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on 5-10 year innovation horizons
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future-readiness progress
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into executable strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects or thought leadership
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
