Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead cross-functional think tanks to identify emerging market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop predictive models for societal and technological evolution impacts on business ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic insights into prototype development roadmaps
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks across global operations
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our company as a future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
