Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision across all business units
- Lead cross-functional task forces to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for long-term innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global megatrends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of scaling multi-year transformation programs
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruptive innovation
