Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement scalable AI architectures targeting the 2026 deployment roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry trends.
- System Optimization: Enhance model efficiency, reducing latency and improving inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize large-scale data pipelines.
