Responsibilities

- Optimize model inference latency and enhance the accuracy of agent decision-making processes.
- Establish robust safety, security, and ethical guidelines for autonomous AI deployment.
- Lead technical strategy for the '2026 Vision' roadmap, pushing the boundaries of what AI agents can achieve.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.

- Proven experience in designing multi-agent systems or conversational AI architectures.
