Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Search Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for the evolving landscape of AI-powered search engines and semantic web technologies.
- AI Integration & Automation: Implement and manage AI tools to streamline keyword research, content optimization, and performance forecasting.
- Semantic Content Optimization: Guide content teams to produce high-quality, E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) content that ranks well in Large Language Model (LLM) outputs.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee site architecture to ensure crawlability and indexability, specifically optimizing for Core Web Vitals 2.0 standards.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor positioning and emerging search trends to capitalize on market gaps before they become saturated.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics dashboards to track ROI, user journey mapping, and conversion funnels to prove the impact of SEO initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years focusing on AI integration or semantic search technologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and server-side rendering to troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
- Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SQL for data querying.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) and how they influence search algorithms.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
