Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and compliance
- Develop industry partnerships to establish universal AI ethics standards

- Author white papers on emerging AI ethical challenges
- Coordinate with legal teams to align with evolving AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI governance at Fortune 500 companies
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Expertise in developing AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Proficiency in Python and ML model auditing tools
