Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical risk assessment frameworks for AI systems
- Develop audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Create bias mitigation protocols for machine learning pipelines
- Advise cross-functional teams on ethical AI implementation
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations
- Conduct scenario planning for AI deployment ethical dilemmas
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of IEEE Ethically Aligned Design and EU AI Act
- Proficiency in AI audit tools and bias detection methodologies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
