Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on electrical equipment and panels.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for teachable candidates.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to measure accurately are essential.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
