Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials, tools, and equipment.
- Install conduits, wiring, and electrical components according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Perform basic electrical inspections and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide the training.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (climbing ladders, working in attics/basements).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
