Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical components following safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing using multimeters and specialized tools
- Conduct routine inspections and safety compliance checks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required—we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Willingness to travel throughout the Florida region
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
