Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Perform basic wiring, termination, and circuit testing under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
