Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work night shifts (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
