Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Prepare materials for electrical projects and maintain a clean work site.
- Develop troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical faults.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
