Responsibilities
- Perform Installations: Execute electrical installations, replacements, and upgrades for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and local building codes on every job site.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in plain language and ensuring satisfaction.
- Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper tool management and material inventory.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, time logs, and inspection reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- License: A valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, familiarity with hand tools is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required for daily travel to job sites.
