Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under close supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, pulling cable, and terminating outlets and switches.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we value attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn over experience.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physically capable of standing, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
