Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on equipment.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and safely.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and obtain required certifications.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
