Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Shadow and support senior technicians on residential and commercial job sites.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare job sites by moving materials, setting up ladders, and clearing debris.
- Learning Blueprints: Study and learn to interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Basic Installations: Assist with the installation of wiring, outlets, and fixtures as directed.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and fractions.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly with the team.
- Interest in Trades: Genuine desire to learn electrical work.
