Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and connecting outlets and switches.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, organized, and adhere to strict safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or issues.
- Use hand and power tools correctly and maintain them in good working condition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong willingness to learn and a good work ethic.
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements.
