Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leak detection and fixture replacement.
- System Installation: Install new piping, water heaters, and HVAC components in strict accordance with local building codes and safety standards.
- Customer Relations: Provide professional, courteous, and transparent service to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Project Oversight: Manage job sites effectively, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality control metrics.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage company tools, materials, and vehicle maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in the State of Florida required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of pipefitting, welding, blueprints, and CAD software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy loads, work in confined spaces, and endure standing for long periods.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
