Job Summary
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist our licensed journeymen with various electrical tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will gain hands-on experience working on residential and commercial projects throughout San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform basic electrical tasks under supervision, such as pulling wire, mounting outlets, and installing lighting fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience or license is required; we will train you.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure are essential.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
