Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators, and compactors
- Assist in concrete pouring, rebar installation, and formwork setup
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Perform material handling, equipment maintenance, and site cleanup duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience operating heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators)
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
