Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior staff with residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Learn Blueprint Reading: Study and understand electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams under supervision.
- Material Handling: Transport and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment efficiently at job sites.
- Site Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Observe and assist in diagnosing electrical issues and executing basic repairs.
- Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients, answer questions, and represent the company positively.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Math Skills: Basic proficiency in mathematics and measurements.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and motivated attitude.
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from scratch.
