Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain and organize tools, materials, and work areas.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Handle basic troubleshooting tasks to assist in diagnosing circuit issues.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary; we are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and calculating material needs.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
