Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs.
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites efficiently.
- Prepare work areas by gathering necessary supplies and cleaning up debris after completion.
- Measure and cut pipes and tubing under the guidance of senior staff.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes and standards.
- Interact respectfully with customers to answer basic questions and explain project timelines.
- Perform basic maintenance on tools and plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina and dexterity.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to safety protocols.
