Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in strict accordance with local and national electrical codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine the optimal layout of electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safety compliance and system efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues and repair or replace faulty components with precision.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner at every job site.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to understand specific requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints and understanding technical schematics.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in various environments.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
